There are times in life when support and gentle guidance helps us to continue forward, heal, and discover meaning. As a psychologist and art therapist, I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental atmosphere that is built on mutual respect and acceptance as I journey alongside my clients. I take an eclectic approach to therapy that includes talk, art, and mindfulness practice, depending on your needs and comfort level. Together, we’ll decide on a modality that could help you learn more about yourself, find meaning, and make changes that improve your sense of wellbeing.
I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Michigan School of Psychology and a Master of Education in Art Therapy from Wayne State University. I'm a Limited Licensed Psychologist and Registered Art Therapist with the American Art Therapy Association. I work with individuals of all ages. I have over 17 years of experience working with diverse conditions including trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, stress management, life transitions, parenting, cancer, traumatic brain injury, autism spectrum disorders, developmental and physical disabilities, dementia, and end of life care. If you think we may be a good fit, I welcome a conversation to discuss how I may best meet your current needs. |
