Some people choose to engage in psychotherapy because they have pinpointed a specific problem or issue they would like to change, others may have a sense that something just isn't quite right in their lives, and others are simply on a journey of mindful self-discovery.
I use a balance of nonjudgmental acceptance and gentle challenge that allows for us to have a unique, meaningful relationship. My empathetic, integrative techniques help guide my clients in achieving their goals, reducing their symptoms, and improving the quality of their lives. I am accepting new clients.
